Anxiety in Hollywood over Clinton Allegations

The recent allegations surrounding Bill and Hillary Clinton are giving Hollywood a serious case of nerves and may be placing in jeopardy Hillary’s fledgling presidential candidacy.

The entertainment community was initially shaken by the questions that had arisen regarding the former Secretary of State’s use of a private email account during her official tenure.

More recently, though, stories about the Clinton Foundation and Hillary’s husband’s intriguing tally of speaking fees while she simultaneously served in the Obama Cabinet have some Hollywood insiders searching for 2016 presidential alternatives.

Critics Slam Family Friendly `Mall Cop 2`

Kevin James, who is best known for his lead character role of Doug Heffernan on the hit syndicated television sitcom “The King of Queens,” has additionally appeared in a number of major film releases including “Grown Ups,” “Hitch,” and “Paul Blart: Mall Cop.”

In real life, James is married, has four children, and is a committed Catholic believer. He has appeared on the Catholic television network EWTN and has shared some of the details of how his faith has informed his life and influenced him as a professional in the entertainment industry.

NBC`s `American Odyssey`: Anti-Corporate and Anti-Free Speech

NBC has launched a new television series called “American Odyssey,” which is based on the premise that an American company that has been funding Islamist terrorist groups is covering up the scandal by using private military contractors who are ready and willing to attack U.S. soldiers.

According to trailers for the series and posters that are being used for marketing purposes, “American Odyssey” purports to be a dramatic thriller similar to Showtime’s “Homeland.” In fact, NBC has released a publicity photo of its female star, Anna Friel, who is shown wearing a blue headscarf and looking quite similar to “Homeland” actress Claire Danes, who in that show’s publicity photos wears a headscarf as well.

A Defamation Trial for HBO`s `Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel`

A trial is set to begin on April 13, 2015, which has implications for the credibility of the American media and sports news figures.

HBO is the defendant in a defamation lawsuit, which is headed to trial in federal court, over a 2008 episode of “Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel.”

During a segment of Gumbel’s show, it was reported that a sporting equipment maker, Mitre Sports International, manufactured soccer balls using child labor. Mitre makes the exclusive soccer ball of the English Premier League as well as the one used in Major League Soccer.
