Democrats Begin All-out Assault on James Comey

In December of 1996, James Carville, who was the campaign manager for then-President Bill Clinton, announced plans to launch an all-out media war against Kenneth Starr.

Starr was the independent counsel looking into, among other things, Clinton’s sexual involvement with a 22-year-old White House intern and his sworn testimony provided during a deposition in the Paula Jones lawsuit.

The investigation headed by Starr led to the eventual impeachment of the 42nd President of the United States.

Amid the heat of the political drama, Carville, as well as various other White House staffers, took to the broadcast and cable news airwaves to personally denounce Starr.

The Poisoning of the American Mind


For those seeking to amass power, control over the thoughts of the individual is a crucial component in attaining the end result.

This same theme was masterfully woven throughout the pages of George Orwell’s classic novel “Nineteen Eighty-Four.”

Penned in 1949, the book’s disturbing plot appears to have a degree of commonality with the storyline that our country currently appears to be living out.

Winston Smith, the main character and protagonist of Orwell’s book, is the allegorical narrator and quintessential everyman. The novel subsequently gave birth to two films, a 1956 movie starring Edmond O’Brien and a 1984 release starring John Hurt.

Hollywood Producer Heads Up Trump`s Fundraising Efforts


Despite the unprecedented onslaught of negativity from the entertainment industry and mainstream news media outlets, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump hauled in a record breaking $100 million in a single month from individual donors that contributed $200 or less.

Never before has a GOP candidate attained such a fundraising feat in a single campaign stroke.

The number of individuals who contributed to Trump’s campaign amounted to 2.6 million people, which represents a 24% increase over the previous month; this is another record breaking number exceeding that of any previous Republican candidate.

Social Media Involvement Hits Record Highs in Second Presidential Debate

The presidential election campaign of 2016 is certainly one for the record books, and as it turns out so too is social media’s involvement in the second presidential debate.

Sunday’s second of three debates between Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump was co-moderated by ABC’s Martha Raddatz and CNN’s Anderson Cooper and took place in a town hall format.

In addition to questions emanating from the moderators, queries for the candidates came from individuals in social media circles as well as citizen participants (selected by the Gallup organization).

The End of the Web as We Know It


The Hollywood community has been shaken in recent years by the sudden growth of Internet streaming services that offer a fresh and ample assortment of TV shows, movies, music, and the like, all available to a growing group of digital entertainment consumers.

Entertainment audiences have been living in an on-demand universe, one in which they are free to choose from a wide variety of materials that are available any time of the day or night at the touch of a screen.
