Why Robert Mueller Should Not Be Special Counsel


In a surprise move the Department of Justice via acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein named Robert Mueller, a former FBI head, as a special counsel to ostensibly oversee the bureau’s probe into Russia’s attempts to influence the 2016 election.

The White House was given only about 30 minutes warning before the announcement was made.

Mueller’s appointment was “not a finding that crimes have been committed,” Rosenstein said in a statement.

But, according to former FBI Assistant Director, James Kallstrom, there are serious crimes that the special counsel must focus on.

Media in Meltdown over Comey Firing


In this age of magnified reality, a two-way relationship has developed between the dominant media and the Democratic Party, one that eerily parallels a biological phenomenon.

Symbiosis is the scientific term used to describe a specific biological interaction between two different species wherein both living creatures depend upon one another for their very survival. This is the state of the relationship that presently exists between the left-leaning media and Democrats.

The messaging that is occurring as a result of this symbiotic relationship has become so uniform in content and vantage point it is often difficult, if not impossible, to determine its point of origin.

Colbert Doubles Down as FCC Investigates


Stephen Colbert is still dealing with the fallout that has occurred from an airing of “The Late Show” during which the CBS late night host let loose with a number of crude and obnoxious insults aimed directly at the president.

The lowest moment in Colbert’s opening monologue came when he crossed a cultural threshold by over-sexualizing his humor with an intolerably offensive line involving Vladimir Putin and the president.

Although the term Colbert used in his disgusting lack of witticism was censored for the purposes of the broadcast, it was unfortunately quite understandable to viewers the world over.
