In response to the recent chemical weapons attack in Syria, which injured numerous men, women, and children and took the lives of scores of civilians, the Trump administration authorized a military strike in the region.
U.S. ships in the Mediterranean launched 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles, which struck the Al Shayrat airfield in Syria, the same airfield from which the chemical weapons were unleashed.

Some big-name Hollywood celebrities along with political pouters of all persuasions recently joined forces with 2016’s Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein and Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton in hopes of pulling off an election redo.
Although President-elect Donald Trump won a decisive victory in the 2016 presidential election, many of Hillary’s supporters and those in her Hollywood fan base are stubbornly refusing to accept the election results.
However, prior to the election Trump was actually derided by his opponent as well as those on the left who thought he might be the one to contest the election results or fail to come to terms with what was believed by the mainstream media and a majority of the Democrats to be an inevitable Hillary win. ABC’s daytime talk show “The View” has had a great deal of host turnover in its eighteen season run.
Back in 2014, when producers of the show were looking for a replacement for conservative co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck, reports circulated that someone with ideological positions that could provide some counterbalance to the perspectives of Whoopi Goldberg and Rosie O’Donnell was being sought.
Names of potential co-host candidates that surfaced were not particularly representative of conservative thought, though, especially in regard to many of the issues typically raised for discussion on the show. Individuals purportedly under consideration at the time included U.S. Sen.
